Course Overview 

The Online BLS/CPR with First Aid (HeartSaver®) course is a blended learning 2-step program that requires an online component and an in person skills practical. The online component of Online BLS/CPR with First Aid uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students First Aid and CPR knowledge and skills in the comfort of their own home. The in person skills practical consists of meeting with one of our AHA instructors either in a class, or at your home or office in order to demonstrate proper knowledge of First Aid and CPR skills.

 

How To Complete The Course

  1. Complete online portion (Go to https://shopcpr.heart.org/ to purchase) 
  2. Print out certificate of completion
  3. Attend scheduled skills session
    • If you wish to complete the skills session in your home or office, you must call Push Hard CPR to schedule (additional fees may apply)
  4. Receive your AHA First Aid with CPR/AED (HeartSaver®) eCard

 

This course REQUIRES students to complete an online portion before attending the skills session.

All Instructor-led provider courses are subject to cancellations the day before the scheduled course, if there are less than five students registered. Those students that are registered will be given the option to complete the course in a blended format instead. Student is responsible for paying the difference for the blended option. All refunds strictly follow our terms and conditions policies.
